RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON OUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WITH ASPEN GREEN
FULL SPECTRUM CBD OIL 4000ML | RELIEF COOLING CREAMWe purchased Aspen Green's Full Spectrum, 4000mg oil (cherry Flavor) and their Relief Cooling Cream, directly from their website. It arrived nicely packaged within a few days as expected. We used the oil every evening for 30 days and were impressed by the flavor and the quality of the oil and how nicely it calmed the nerves and stress. Additionally, we used their Relief Calming Cream on recurring lower back pain. The cream was light and went on smoothly. There are several organic botanicals within its ingredients including mango, evening primrose and tee tree oils. With the cooling affects of the organic menthol, we noticed significant relief in approximately 30 minutes!
We highly recommend both products!
NOTE: We will always lean towards purchasing the highest concentration of oil a brand has available. High concentrations are more expensive but by far, provide the best value per ml, and last the longest. Low concentrations (anything below 500mg total) never seems to work as well for us. Our experience with low dose CBD over the last several years has been one of discouragement, we use too much, too quickly to really receive any noticeable effects CBD should used daily to be effective.
Look at it like taking a baby aspirin over an adult dose, both will work, but one's going to take a lot more to be effective. However, unlike an aspirin, CBD should be consumed on a daily basis. CBD, and CBD oil, works by interacting with numerous receptors in your body. CBD targets receptors in the brain and other major biological systems. Cannabidiol enhances how the body uses already existing cannabinoids, thus optimizing certain bodily processes and functions. This requires time and consistency .
